Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of innovative, high performance packaging, from simple corrugated cardboard boxes to highly engineered transit packaging for a multitude of applications and industries. Operating out a modern production facility in Cricklade, Wiltshire, they work with clients both locally and throughout the UK.

The role:

They are looking for people who put their customers at the heart of every decision that is made. This is a key role in a challenging and dynamic office environment. You will be responsible for building a rapport with customers and delivering an exceptional service. This role will require you to deal with technical information and queries.

You will be part of a very busy Customer Service Team so being able to work as part of a team but also on your own is a must. They would consider additional external training to support continuous development. If you are happy to learn and do not mind the challenge – they would love to hear from you.

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Processing customers’ orders with 100% accuracy
  • Managing and owning customers queries and requests from start to finish
  • Building an excellent rapport with customers and delivering a first-class customer experience.
  • Ability to coordinate each stage of the order process from pre-production through the delivery to the aftercare.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
  • General support of administrative tasks within the business

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • High levels of numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to communication with different levels within the business
  • Ability to adapt to using a bespoke system
  • Ability to work to team KPIs
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office package
  • Minimum C in Maths
